The Canvas Group (Rob Marshall and Nic Gracia) are a writer/producer duo based in San Francisco and Los Angeles. The two have been collaborating for over 15 years and since opening their production studio in 2014, have released hundreds of tracks with dozens of artists.
They’ve worked for full service music companies (CRUSH Music), collaborated with signed and unsigned, national and international artists, received Spotify editorial playlist placement (Fresh Finds, Folk Favorites, Rolling Stone France), reached millions of streams across all major DSPs, received regional and international radio play (SiriusXM Alt Nation, KITS ALT 105.3FM, KLLC Alice 97.3FM, BBC Radio 1) and aided artists in securing slots for major music festivals (When We Were Young, BottleRock, ALT 105.3’s BFD, Van’s Warped Tour).
In 2020, they were nominated for an Emmy in “Outstanding Original Song” with their National Television debut of the song “North Star” by William Lipton on the hit ABC daytime drama General Hospital which was co-written, produced, engineered, mixed and mastered by the duo.
